Zen Planner’s monthly pricing adjusts with the size of your fitness business, so you don’t have to worry about upgrading or downgrading plans.
You only pay for “active members”, which are people who have an active membership or have attended an event in the past month.

Is payment processing included in the Zen Planner fee?
In addition to Zen Planner’s best-in-class gym software, the monthly payment processing access fee is now included in your Zen Planner subscription. If you use one of our preferred payment processors, in select geographies, you will not pay a separate monthly gateway fee.
How do I access Zen Planner?
Zen Planner’s gym software is a web-based application, so you can use it from any computer or tablet with access to the Internet. You’ll need a recent version of any modern web browser, including Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.
Do you support other payment processors?
Yes, you can use Zen Planner to connect to other payment processors using the Auth.net gateway. There is an additional monthly cost of $20 to support this option.
