Based on my own experiences, I know how much workout tracking can improve results quickly.
Three months ago, my sister challenged me to the Dopey Race in January 2016. It’s four races in four days, a 5k, a 10k, a half-marathon, and a full marathon throughout the theme parks of the Walt Disney World Resort. I’m told they call it the Dopey race because if you run it, you are dopey.
I found an online distance running plan. Since the challenge was accepted, I have logged every run. I will have ran over 300 miles by the end of June. By keeping track of my running, I have been able to increase my speed by more then three minutes per mile. I have increased my endurance to the point where five and six-mile runs are relaxing, instead of dreaded. I have also lost twenty pounds. With workout tracking, I find it easier to stay motivated to continue this journey because I can see constant progress.
I know from my experience how great a tool workout tracking can be. I can hardly wait for the new Zen Planner workout tracking. Just like my running, I will be able log my strength and conditioning. I will get stronger. I will get faster, and I will be able to stay motivated because I can see progress as I go.
I love seeing improvement in my workouts. I believe it will help our customers keep their members because they too will be able to see their progress and stay motivated to continue coming back again and again. [clearfix]
