How to Setup Your Account

Need to log in to Zen Planner for your gym, studio, or school?

You will need to get your login credentials from the owner or a staff member. Once you have them, follow the step-by-step guide below to set up your account and get started.

What is Zen Planner?

Zen Planner is the member management software your gym, school, or studio uses to operate and support its community. With Zen Planner, you can reserve classes, log workouts, update your payment information, pay bills, connect with other members, and more—all from one convenient platform.

How to Set up Your Account

If you’re already a member, ask a staff member to send you your password. Your username will be your email address, so be sure to check your inbox for login details. Need to update your email? A staff member can assist with making that change.

If you’re new and don’t yet have a membership, you’ll receive login access after purchasing one. Depending on how the business is set up, you may be able to purchase a membership online, through Kiosk Mode on the Staff App, or directly with a staff member. Your password will be sent to the email you provide – unless you created a password during the sign-up process.

Important Note: To access your account, you must obtain login details directly from a staff member at your gym, school, or studio. You cannot log in through Zen Planner’s main website. Please note that signing up for a demo or free trial will not grant access to your personal member account.

Where to Log in

Log in Online

Your gym, school, or studio may provide access to the Zen Planner member portal directly on their website or Facebook business page. To log in, ask a staff member for the specific portal URL.

Note: You must log in through your organization’s custom portal—logging in via the main Zen Planner website (zenplanner.com) will not work. Once logged in, you can view and sign documents, pay bills, update your profile, track workout scores, and manage class or appointment reservations.

Log in with the Member App

The easiest way to access and manage your Zen Planner account is through the Zen Planner Member App, available for free on both iOS and Android devices. Simply download the app and log in—after your initial login, you’ll stay signed in for future use.
