This year, as in previous years, we surveyed boutique fitness business owners from around the world to discover the strategies and tactics embraced by the most successful gym owners. To ensure the information is relevant and useful to you no matter the size of your business, we segmented our report data into three primary groups according to the number of active members: Small, Medium and Large. We also created a fourth category that we call our “Thrivers.” This highly-profitable group generates at least $7,000 per month in net income.
