With a lifetime of health and wellness experience, I began training at 12 to maximize my athletic abilities, which led me to the highest levels of baseball. After my sports career, I opened my first gym in 2009. Now, as a Client Executive with Zen Planner, I connect with gym owners daily, focusing on understanding their goals and offering the best solutions to achieve them.

With a master’s in performance psychology, my fitness journey began through CrossFit in 2015, when my husband owned a gym here in San Diego. We now enjoy various forms of functional fitness and love sharing it with our kids.
