Joining a new team naturally comes with its curiosities. Will the technology be solid enough to build upon? Does the team have world-class makings? Could the culture possibly be as good as described? These and many other questions sprang to mind when I joined the Zen Planner team as CTO.
And what did I discover? In truth, there’s not a day that passes that I am not blown away by the culture of Zen Planner. The company is filled with supportive, focused, and empowered individuals, each amazing at what they do. And the technology, well it’s the best bedrock I could have wished for, both powerful and flexible.
Change your opinions, keep to your principles; change your leaves, keep your roots intact.
