Michael Wuest is the Sr. Director of Growth for the Boutique division at Daxko, where he leads the go-to-market strategy for a suite of high-impact brands including Zen Planner, and SugarWOD. With over 15 years of experience spanning marketing, customer experience, and business operations, Michael channels his expertise to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty across more than 25,000 health and wellness locations worldwide.Prior to his leadership role at Daxko, Michael co-founded UpLaunch, a marketing automation platform built specifically for fitness professionals, which was acquired by Daxko in 2020. His entrepreneurial drive is also reflected in the founding of CrossFit COMO, a leading CrossFit training gym in Columbia, Missouri; TheBoxBusiness.com, an educational platform for gym owners; and WODClash, a fitness competition software solution. Earlier in his career, he served as Marketing Manager at the University of Missouri, where he led initiatives for major national brands including Starbucks and Subway, and held board roles within the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS).Michael earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Systems and an MBA with a focus in Marketing from Missouri University of Science and Technology.A recognized leader within Daxko, Michael has received the Changemaker Award for pioneering transformative initiatives, and the MVP Award for his exceptional contributions to the company’s mission.
