Chris leads mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives for Daxko, leveraging his extensive experience in business and financial leadership. With a diverse background encompassing roles as a private equity investor, credit underwriter, investment banker, corporate finance professional, and management consultant, Chris brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Prior to joining Daxko, he owned and operated an M&A and corporate development consulting practice, specializing in advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on strategic acquisitions. Chris kickstarted his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse and UBS. He later made significant contributions at private equity firms, including Great Hill Partners, H.I.G. Capital, Highland Capital Management, and Quadrillion Partners. He holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, along with an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
