Brittany Richards is the Senior Vice President of Services at Daxko, leading the customer experience organization and overseeing pivotal areas such as customer support, professional services, and technical services. With nearly a decade of experience in customer success, Brittany is a proven leader in identifying and executing operational improvements that directly enhance the customer experience. Before joining Daxko, Brittany held leadership roles in SaaS companies within the healthcare and sports verticals. She also served as a consultant to executive leadership teams, helping chart operational blueprints for accelerated growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Brittany is a Birmingham native and received both her B.A. and M.A. in History at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
