Charlie serves as a Sr. Product Manager for Daxko's nonprofit market, focusing on member management solutions including Daxko Operations and Daxko Core. With over 15 years of experience working for and supporting nonprofit organizations, Charlie leverages his background in communications and development to effectively support YMCAs, JCCs, Boys & Girls Clubs, and other nonprofit wellness organizations. During his decade-long tenure at Daxko, Charlie has contributed to significant growth and transformation—both for the partners Daxko supports and for the company itself. His longevity at Daxko stems from his passion for supporting mission-driven organizations making meaningful community impact and the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional colleagues. Charlie approaches his role as an information gatherer and storyteller, helping nonprofits fulfill their missions while solving real problems that create tangible impact. Charlie holds certifications from the Pragmatic Marketing Institute and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Birmingham-Southern College. Charlie resides in north central Alabama with his wife and son, where he enjoys reading, writing, and running.
