Aldor H. Delp is Daxko’s President, Boutique Segment.

Previously, Aldor served as Procare’s General Manager of the ChildPlus business, responsible for the strategy, operations, and execution of the market-leading Head Start software and solutions provided by ChildPlus. By focusing the team on the vision of giving as many vulnerable children an opportunity to succeed as possible, Aldor and his team built a product, user experience, and services that customers love, and employees love to provide.

Prior to joining Procare, Aldor was the EVP for K-12 products at CommunityBrands, a SaaS company with leading software for the private school market that delivered Admissions, Enrollment, Tuition and Payments solutions. Before that, he was the SVP of Digital Efficiency at Fiserv, where he led a team of Product Managers, Software Engineers and Salespeople responsible for delivering back-office accounting, reconciliation and document management solutions to the world’s largest banks. Additionally, Aldor held several executive roles at ADP from Strategy to Marketing to General Management where he was able to demonstrate a client-centered and employee-focused leadership style that continually delivered above expectation business results in the fast-paced SMB market.

Aldor lives in Milton, Georgia with his wife, their son and daughter, and their pack of 4 dogs. When not working to improve business operations and client experiences, Aldor is active with his wife in the Georgia dog rescue community, supporting his son and daughter in their state record setting powerlifting careers, or practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
