We are seeking an energized and talented Market Development Representative to work alongside our amazing sales team who are dedicated to both active lifestyles and to helping small businesses flourish. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm marketing lists, working to uncover sales opportunities
  • Collect and record the contact information of prospects and leads
  • Navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
  • Identify prospect’s business needs and goals to determine solution
  • Work closely with Sales Manager to increase close ratio and number of new customers
  • Set up product demonstration appointments for the Sales Associates
  • Assist on sales calls as subject matter expert

REQUIREMENTS
  • Computer and software skills for efficient research, documentation, and information management

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Advocate position in the Zen Planner customer service team acts as a gatekeeper and front-line researcher of all incoming technical support issues. Advocates assist with the onboarding process, resolve technical issues as efficiently and as quickly as possible, and are committed to providing the best possible Zen Planner service. This is a full-time position, based in our main office in Highlands Ranch. The hours for this position will be 10:00am to 7:00pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Become an expert Zen Planner user and stay on top of changes in each release
  • Work as a consultative partner to your customer, building rapport and providing direction
  • Handle inbound technical support issues via phone or emails from customers
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve Zen Planner technical and usage issues
  • Prioritize issues and escalate actionable items to the development team
  • Provide valuable “front line” feedback on bugs and enhancements
  • Create and track bugs and enhancements using Zen Planner’s support tools
  • Validate reported issues using testing techniques and tools
  • Provide ongoing support for acceptance testing
  • Strive to attain high customer satisfaction ratings consistently
  • Seek and recommend ideas to help cultivate the Zen Planner Knowledge Base
  • Help develop, improve and implement Standard Operating Procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Two or three years of demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Genuine commitment to delivering a best-in-class online service
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with others
  • Strong organization, time-management, and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, attention to detail
