At Zen Planner, our job is to make your business wildly successful. That pursuit begins by listening to your feature requests and prioritizing innovation around the things you need the most. We are thrilled to announce our latest feature release, Family Management in the Member App!
Improving the family management experience in the Member App is the #4 feature request among our customers and the #1 feature request for martial arts students and staff.
Who does this feature release help?
- For parents, no more creating different emails and user profiles for their children.
- For couples, the convenience of managing multiple memberships in one spot without having to log in and out of multiple profiles.
- For owners and staff, saving time on check-ins and delivering a better self-service experience.
Prior to this family management feature release, each family member would need an email address and a unique user profile to log in. For adults, this may not seem like a big deal, but many of your youth customers don’t have their own email address. With that, the need for a user profile was posing a barrier to entry for families.
In addition to creating a unique user profile, users would have to log in and log out of each account when checking in. With this family management release, all users within a family will be linked. There is no longer a need for unique profiles for children, and users can toggle between profiles when checking in.
We are dedicated to continuous improvement and your success. Feature releases like family management in the Member App help empower owners to master their business, grow their community and delight their members.
