Prior to joining Daxko, Winston spent 16 years as an associate, vice president, and managing director in Harbert Management Corporation's Private Equity Group, where he excelled in executing acquisitions and divestitures of lower middle market companies across diverse industries. His extensive experience in the field was further influenced by his early career at Ernst & Young, where he built a strong foundation in accounting, and later at McKinsey & Company, where he contributed his expertise as a management consultant. Winston received an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Harvard University.
