From the start, our shared mission alongside our customers has been to make the world a healthier and happier place. We’ve expanded globally to serve over 7,000 businesses in the boutique fitness, yoga, martial arts and affiliate gym space and evolved our software into a full-service suite, providing business owners everything needed to run a successful gym, school or studio.

In 2019, we focused on growing with you, expanding our services and offerings with the goal of allowing you to spend your time building a thriving community rather than buried under administrative tasks. As part of this commitment to growth and thought leadership, we launched our third annual industry-leading Benchmark Reports and our first-ever Annual Member Trends Report, providing you with more powerful data to help you make smart decisions for your business.

We Grew With You

From our product teams to sales, marketing and support, we’ve grown our teams to deepen our expertise to help you succeed. This includes internal teams dedicated to the verticals we serve, which allowed us to achieve a 98% customer satisfaction score and a live call answer rate of 80%.

Our product and development teams are also dedicated to understanding what you need to be successful so we can deliver the tools that will make the biggest impact on your business. Growing with you this year, we released features to help you improve your member retention like the ability to see attendance history, manage family accounts and view video curriculum on the go.

We Connected With You

We feel more connected to our community than ever. This year Zen Planner got in on the action at the CrossFit Games, joining forces with SugarWOD to host the spectator workout area. We also attended the 2019 Martial Arts SuperShow where we debuted updates to our Member App designed to increase student engagement.

If you are in Seattle, Denver, Boston, Chicago or Austin, you may have seen us at Zen Academy where we brought together successful gym, school and studio owners across the country to network and learn from each other.

And for those of you that we didn’t connect with in-person, we hope you were able to join us for one of the bi-monthly webinars we hosted to help you master Zen Planner’s most powerful features.

We Listened To You

Thanks to our growing team and the time spent connecting with customers, we listened and learned from you in 2019. Your feedback influenced the improvements to our software and the new services delivered that make your day to day easier.

For example, we amped up our websites and digital marketing packages to help customers grow. Our website and digital marketing services now include:

  • A full integration with Zen Planner to help you drive leads to your business
  • Directory listings to generate traffic
  • Landing pages designed to convert visitors into prospects
  • Mobile-friendly designs
  • Managed ad campaigns to target your audience
  • Superior support to help you with updates

We also launched Full Service Billing to streamline your billing processes by removing time consuming billing tasks from your day and ensuring that you get paid on time, every time.

If you haven’t stayed up to date on what’s new in Zen Planner, we released over 40 enhancements and 12 new features including an integration with SugarWOD, the leading workout software for coaches and everyday athletes.
