We share our CrossFit clients’ enthusiasm for the upcoming CrossFit Games that will start on July 25th. In fact, we are so excited about this event, we’d love to take a couple of friends with us. That’s why we are going to give out 2 all-access Gold passes. Yes, the same Gold passes that sold out in 28 minutes.

With hot tickets like these, we can’t just give them away, so we’ll have a drawing to decide who comes along. Want to qualify for the drawing? Here’s what you need to do:

Write a review on our Facebook page – Tell us why you love Zen Planner or tell us how you use some of our CrossFit software business-friendly features like integrated payment processing, automated alerts or emails

That’s it. Now here’s the necessary legalese:

-Entrants must have become a Zen Planner customer by 6/30/14
-Contest is open until 7/16/14 (hey, we have to give you time to book your airline tickets)
-Travel costs and lodging are the responsibility of the winner
-Only 1 entrant per CrossFit box
-You must be the owner or an employee of a business who uses Zen Planner
-Entering into the contest grants Zen Planner the rights to use your business name, likeness and submitted words in a quote on promotional material

If you win, we’ll send you an email and name a meeting place at the CrossFit Games where we’ll give you the tickets.

Enter today by simply sharing a review.

That’s it. Give us a Facebook shout and tell us why you love Zen Planner.

Zen Planner makes the business part of my job so easy! I am a CrossFit coach at Granite State CrossFit in NH. I schedule all of my clients in the calendar with ease, entering their payments takes no time and I love the automated receiptes they get instantly. I can track my payroll and make sure it’s correct. Thank you for making my life so much easier.

Zen Planner has been amazing! I opened our box 2 months ago with a different company & had numerous problems. With over 100 members in our first month I did not have time to worry about the daily glitches in the other system. Zen Planner has been extremely helpful, I appreciate live customer service to talk to and not email only! Overall, the expense is less, the customer retention tools are superior to other systems available & great team to work with. Thank you!!!

As an owner of a CrossFit gym, it’s important to have crucial business information at your finger tips. From the beginning Zen Planner has guided us through the process of using this information to help us grow our business. The dashboard is great! Everything you need is in one place and only a click away. The system has really helped with client communication and retention too. Whenever there is something that we’ve needed or requested, the people at Zen Planner are always very quick to respond to us. The improvements to the retail portion of the system have been awesome! Thanks for all you do!

CrossFit Yucca Valley loves Zen Planner’s ease-of-use and power to run the business side of the box. ZP’s business-friendly features take the stress out of billing, scheduling, and communication freeing up our time to focus on what’s most important, our athletes!

Zenplanner features are broad and deep, yet easy to navigate and intuitive to use. After initial setup and a couple of calls to clarify a few details in our change-over process, our experience has been a no hand-holding, no manual reading necessary one. The few times we have reached out to tech support, it has been like talking to someone who knows you – not a call center experience. Having run a large customer service/tech support organization in the past, I can confidently say – these guys got it right.
